Presale orders

• All current orders are presale orders. Your card is charged when you place the order.
• Plants ship or are delivered between April 1 and June 30, 2027. We'll email you before your order ships or to schedule local delivery.
• Your confirmation email and order number are your proof of purchase.

Refund policy

• If we cannot ship or deliver your order by June 30, 2027, we refund you in full, including any shipping charge, to your original payment method. You don't need to ask; we issue these refunds automatically.
• To ask about changing or cancelling an order before it ships, email grow@phoenixebra.com with your order number.
• If there's a problem with plants you receive, email us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Shipping & local delivery

• Free local delivery to addresses in our delivery area: ZIP codes within about 60 miles of Lake City, FL, including parts of south Georgia. Checkout confirms whether your address qualifies. We'll contact you to schedule a delivery window.
• Everywhere else in the United States: $15 flat shipping per order. We'll email tracking when your order ships.
• Bulk orders ($1.50 per plant, at least 100 plants of each variety ordered) are available for local delivery only.
• We ship within the United States only.

Gift certificates

• No expiration date and no fees. Phoenix Ebra gift certificates never expire and carry no service, dormancy, maintenance or cash-out fees.
• What they're for. Redeemable only at PhoenixEbra.com for plants and soil testing. They don't apply to shipping charges.
• Balances carry over. Any unused balance stays on the certificate until it's used.
• No cash or refunds. Gift certificates can't be exchanged for cash and aren't refundable, except where required by law.
• Lost codes. Email grow@phoenixebra.com with the buyer's email and we'll resend the certificate.
• Sales tax. No sales tax is charged when a gift certificate is bought; tax, where it applies, is figured when it's used.

Sales tax

Under Florida rules, plants that produce food for human consumption are exempt from sales tax, so Florida orders are not charged sales tax on plants. Tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
